We received our approval from the FAA, effective March 3, 2021, to be able to fly commercially at night. While recreational flyers can fly 24 hours if following the rules about anti-collision lights, etc, commercial pilots were restricted from flying at night if not a recreational purpose flight. Normal flights are restricted to no earlier than 30 minutes before sunset and no later than 30 minutes after sunset.
Yellow Rose Drones’ pilot is now certified to fly 24 hours, daytime or night time, for commercial purposes. This should open up new opportunities for our company.
